1. Information collected
This static website does not directly collect or store enquiry information. Participant registration is completed through the external official registration form, which may collect identification, contact, age, gender, emergency contact, race category, T-shirt size, payment status and medical declarations required for event administration.
2. Why information is used

3. Data sharing
Information submitted through the external registration platform may be shared with registration, payment, timing, email, SMS, medical, photography, insurance, logistics and government partners only as required for their role and under appropriate safeguards. 4. Public event information
Name, bib number, category, finish time, ranking, certificate and event photographs may be made public as part of a sporting event. The final policy should explain opt-out or correction procedures where applicable.
