Terms & Participant Waiver

1. Event and eligibility
Participation is subject to category-specific age, identification, medical and registration requirements. The organiser may reject or cancel an entry that contains false information, violates rules or creates a safety risk.
2. Health declaration
By entering, the participant declares that they are physically able to undertake the selected distance and accepts responsibility for obtaining medical advice. The organiser may require additional declarations or medical clearance.
3. Assumption of risk
Road running involves foreseeable and unforeseen risks, including falls, collision, heat stress, dehydration, illness, traffic-related hazards and severe injury. The final waiver should be reviewed for enforceability under applicable Indian law.
4. Emergency care
The participant authorises reasonable emergency first aid, ambulance transfer and medical treatment when consent cannot practically be obtained. Responsibility for treatment costs must be defined in the final terms.
5. Bib and entry use
Bibs are personal and may not be exchanged, copied, resold or transferred except through an official transfer process. The organiser may disqualify participants using another person's bib.
6. Changes, cancellation and force majeure
The organiser may change the route, timing, venue, category or format for safety, permissions, weather, public order or force majeure. The final policy must clearly define whether fees are refundable, transferable, deferred or non-refundable in each situation.
7. Timing, results and awards
Only official timing data and published award criteria will determine ranking. Participants must submit result queries within the defined dispute period. Eligibility verification may include age, identity and category checks.
8. Photography and media
The registration consent should explain how photographs, video, name, bib number and results may be used for event reporting and promotion, while providing legally required privacy information.
9. Conduct and disqualification
Participants must follow the course, safety instructions and applicable laws. Cheating, abusive behaviour, unauthorised assistance, dangerous conduct, littering or interference with another participant may lead to disqualification.
10. Data and communications
Personal data should be processed according to the published privacy policy. Marketing consent should be separated from essential operational communications where required.
